"Shine Bright and Reach for the Stars" is the school vision and ethos and is the key driver behind every aspect of the school, committed to by all stakeholders. Whilst the school always find ways to acknowledge ‘shine’ they have a ‘Culture of Challenge’ which enables them to be committed to doing their very best and ‘reach’ that bit further. This has had an incredible impact not just on progress and outcomes but upon development of all staff and pupils. Staff are all committed to the vision and thus to the ‘Culture of Challenge’ and as a result, this is a happy school to work in.

In this session, the strategy and reasoning behind creating this culture will be shared and how the school operates on a daily basis through every aspect of school life. You will see how it stems from a clear vision and a very full and engaging ‘Shine Curriculum’.  During the session you will hear from the Head teacher, Samantha Saville, the staff team and pupils, about how a culture of challenge has had a positive impact on the whole school.
