Angela Browne will be sharing the grounding principles which support us in thinking about the impact of our diversity, equity and inclusion work. This is work that includes the voices that are missing and the questions that are not asked, those with more power and those with less. This presence and awareness will support matching impact to intent, within a coaching process and the wider school setting through reviewed policy and practice. She will draw on her extensive experience in teaching, leading and managing in schools to bring this all to life. This session is suited to all trust and school leaders and all phases.
