Trust Leaders' Conference

We are delighted to invite you to this year’s Challenge Partners Trust Leaders’ Conference which is themed Leading Systemic Change - Collaborating and Learning Together for Better Futures. 

We have lined up speakers from the sector as well as from government and business, and have just confirmed Baroness Berridge Parliamentary Secretary of State (Minister for the School System) and Parliamentary Secretary of State (Ministry for Women) as our keynote speaker. 

Our second keynote speaker is Mike Garstka, a Partner at Bain & Company. He will be talking on ‘Avoiding snapping back: Lessons from business responses to the pandemic for scaling trusts’

At the heart of this conference is the opportunity to re-connect and share ideas with colleagues across the country, addressing wicked issues together to move the system on. 

From tackling the shortage of senior leaders in the profession to exploring the implications of trust consolidation, we will hear a series of provocations from trust leaders in our network to stimulate fresh thinking.

Highly interactive, the event is designed as a ‘think-in’ for you to listen, share perspectives and help forge solutions together.
