Sharing Leading Practice: Achieving fidelity to mastery in Primary

In June this year, Mark McCourt visited Hawkes Farm Academy to look at the mathematics provision. Following his visit he took to Twitter commenting ' This is so extraordinarily rare but STEP have really pulled it off:highly personalised and responsive same day intervention...at no cost to other learning time....the impact is incredible and means all pupils can progress together'

In this session we will explore how, over a three year period, we achieved this model of education in four Primary schools in the South East. The session will look at the conditions for growth, the systems and logistics that support delivery and, finally, the forensic intervention model itself.  We will also leave time for questions so that all attendees walk away with the understanding they need.
